One Person Killed, Several Injured in Shooting Incident in Croatia
One person was killed and several others were injured after an unidentified man opened fire on a street in the city of Sisak in central Croatia, according to the news portal Index, citing law enforcement authorities.
During the night on Sunday in the Sisak-Kanak area, a man started shooting with an AK-47 rifle.
"As confirmed by the police, several people have been injured and one person has died. Currently, the police are searching for the perpetrator who fled the scene, and investigative measures are being carried out. Firefighting operations are also underway at three locations connected to this incident," the portal reported.
In close proximity to the shooting and burning locations is an oil refinery, which has been operating below its full capacity in recent years. One person was killed in the shooting in Croatia, and several others were injured - media.
