Syrian President's Wife Expresses Interest in Learning Russian Language
Asma Assad, the spouse of the Syrian President, stated that she would like to learn the Russian language when she has free time. The wife of the Syrian President shared this information with the Arabic-language channel RT during her visit to Moscow on the occasion of her eldest son, Hafez, completing his master's degree in the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University.
Syrian First Lady Hopes to Study Russian Language in the Future
"I would love to do that. Language is a bridge for communication between cultures, and Russia has a very ancient culture and history, so I hope I will have the opportunity in the future... If my workload decreases, why not?!" said the First Lady of Syria regarding the possibility of studying the Russian language.
She expressed her pride and satisfaction in her son's graduation from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University, as he studied at one of the most prestigious universities in the world.
Syrian First Lady Pledges Support for Russia in Their Battle
Discussing Syria's support for Russia, Asma Assad emphasized that "our Russian friends did not hesitate to support us in our war, and we did not hesitate and will not hesitate to stand by their side in their battle."
