The van, engulfed in flames, was discovered around 2:00 a.m. (03:00 Moscow time). Firefighters who arrived at the scene extinguished the fire, which also caused damage to another parked car nearby. The arsonists managed to flee the scene, and an investigation into the incident is currently underway.
