Russian Basketball Clubs Remain Excluded

The Euroleague and Eurocup will continue without the participation of clubs from Russia in the upcoming season. The organizers announced that the clubs will remain excluded from the competitions due to the Russian military aggression against Ukraine.

This decision affects prominent clubs such as CSKA Moscow and Zenit St. Petersburg. Russian clubs were already prohibited from participating in the competitions during the previous season. The same regulation applies to the Champions League and Fiba Europe Cup, both organized by Fiba Europe.
